Becoming raw-the transition- help please?

Hi all,

I am in the process of becoming raw and making that main transition from cooked foods (like potato, etc) and was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers for fairly easy, filling-ish food recipes for lunch/dinner? I have been having raw salads but would really like to broaden my horizons and create some variety in my diet.

  • I’m a HUGE fan of broccoli salads (florets and sliced stalks) dressed with filling sauces and toppings. My two favorites are:

    Cashews blended with water to make mayo, add curry, garlic, lemon juice salt and pepper to taste and top with raisins

    Blend tahini, nama shoyu, vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Dress salad and top with sesame seeds and sliced red pepper

    It’s amazing how hearty these veggies can be :)
