coconut oil is unrefined and organic and you can find it at most health food stores, Whole Foods and on-line. I like Nutiva. it is solid white at temps cooler than 70 degrees and clear liquid above that temp. It should smell of coconut, but there are no chunks of coconut in it. It is a pure fat.

Yes, cocoa, or cacao, butter is the oil derived from the cacao chocolate bean. It is the base in most chocolates.
