I go with 105 degrees. When you get above 107 enzymes start dieing.
Very wet foods—-start out 130 for 3 hours then down to 106 until done.
dry foods like crackers—-start out 120 for 2 hours then to 106 until done.
med. food like, “Cauliflower Popcorn”, veg. is raw but nutritional yeast is dry. 106 total time.
