I thought rice was not raw. Is yours from a special source? If so I would just try soaking it.
Rice isn’t raw. But you can possibly order wild rice online, that’s supposed to be raw. You’re going to want to soak it/sprout it for a few days. Don’t eat it dry – that’s not good!
You could try soaking and sprouting, just be sure it’s alive and sproutable. Jeez, don’t break your teeth on it though lol. Have you tried a “rice” replacement. I love one from the Jicama, then there’s a recipe for one from a cauliflower. Sometimes you just have to give it up or give in.
Maybe try sprouted quinoa or buckwheat as a substitute?
Rice isn’t raw? I seriously don’t think you could sprout white rice.
