  • Thanks for sharing. Good reminder that all milks don't have to be nut based. Nut consumption grows big so easily at least for me. Also transitioning to more plant based diet
  • I cook my beans and lentils. but because they are sprouted they don't need to be cooked so long mostly 2 to 10 minutes is enough. Soy beans should be cooked 20 minutes. (but the only ones i don't cook are mungo beans )

  • I understood from the book of the boutenkos that when you grave something healthy you probably really need it so it's better to eat it. I like to it sea weed because its' salty taste. i like dulse and it helps me.
