  • I haven't used shampoo since Nov 2005. I used WEN as a transitional product for the first several months. Now I only use conditioner everyday and henna once a month. I love the conditioner only method. It works great for me.

  • I have SCOBYs free to new home if you're in the southern CA area. Sorry, I don't ship. I had started my culture over a year ago from a bottle of plain GT's. It took a good 3 months to get a really good size SCOBY.
