  • hey angie i have made bread with sprouted buckwheat but my cuisinart doesnt chop it up very good. its still got lots of hard grain pieces in it. am i just too impatient? should i process it longer? adresmond2youre a genius

  • cleanse your gut! tons of fiber. but dont eat it unless you plan on being home for a while!

  • thats why i didnt like her book. her recipes were sick! im a picky eater. it just has to taste good. lara bars are raw, but i have to say that if you can find raw revolution bars, they are delicious! i seriously recomend the 3 books above especially…
