Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (peeled)
1 tablespoon raw almond butter
Cinnamon (to taste)
Sea salt (to taste)
Recipe Directions
1. Mash the bananas.
2. Stir everything with a combination and rotation of spoon, fork, and knife. Each one helps in a different way oddly enough.
3. Refrigerate or eat at room temperature.

A great breakfast or snack.
I recommend using pretty ripe bananas as they are sweeter and easier to mash.
I don't have a food processor but I bet it would make this much smoother!

i made something similar last night. =) delicious flavors. i add a little ginger too. yum!

I smushed up very ripe bananas and crumbled raw walnut pieces in it. That was excellent too!
