storing pulp...

im just curious as to what the best method for storing pulp from my juicer would be. fridge vs. freezer?

i usually juice in the morning and I would use the pulp in the same day. This morning i saved my carrot pulp and put it in tupperware in the fridge. I am making a mock tuna tonight using it!

I think it would be fine in the fridge for that short period of time. Enjoy your mock tuna - I always do!

I only freeze it if I am not going to use it within 24 hours. :~)
