Recipes for Cucumber Pulp? hrmmmm

Hi guys,

Anyone have any recipes/ideas for what to do with cucumber pulp left over from juicing? Thx =)

    I would think it's too slimy and wet to be used for anything edible - but you can always dump it in the garden!
