Falafel recipe with sprouted lentils?

Does anyone know of a recipe for falafel using sprouted lentils? I am trying to cut down on my nut usage due to costs and the fact that I use these already in alot of other recipes so I am looking for some variety.

    Oh I'm gonna try that recipe but with sprouted lentils instead of chickpeas, I'll let you know how it turns out. I hope these lentils sprout soon it's been 2 days. I think I am starting to see some little tails.
