Numb tongue and roof of mouth

What is causing this I wonder? I just noticed it yesterday and today. After I consume juice with kale, spinach, carrot, cucumber, with lots of garlic is when I feel it. Is it the garlic? Is this something I should be worried about? Anyone else ever experience this? This is a first for me.
