Need juice pulp but don't have a juicer?!

I want to make some banana bread because I have tons of banana's lying around but the recipe's i find call for 2 cups of juice pulp, how do I get the pulp if i don't have a juicer? I have a vitamix blender can i get process some carrots on a low setting until they get somewhat watery and then drain out the liquid?

Here is the recipe you have to scroll down somewhat, I found some other recipes but they're all pretty much the same.
