Green split peas

I have about 4 of bags of these, can you sprout them and/or can you make anything raw with them?

i would guess since they are split, they can't sprout.

Ha! I just cooked some tonight for my family. (I just cooked and served not eating)

I don't think you can do anything raw with them BUT there are many families in crisis right now, you might want to considered donating them to a food bank if you choose not to cook them.
