Raw question for women

Ok this might seem a bit personal but here goes. Everytime I am going to get my period I could eat everything in the fridge which is not all raw. This is the only time I feel this way. Now I do not actually eat everything in the fridge but I feel I just need something more around this time. Soooooo, I was wondering if anyone else goes through this and if anyone has a recipe that just "hits the spot" for them. Thanks!
