Fruit Juice Pulp?

I have pulp leftover from juicing fruits, specifically grapefruit, pear, and peach. I make crackers with my veggie pulp, but what do I do with this fruit pulp? Any ideas?

  • It would seem like cookies would work. Maybe take a dried fruit and nut base and incorporate the fruit juice pulp according to your tastes.

Cookies are the best way to use up fruit juice pulp! Or add it to a smoothie!

  • You can dehydrate it as it is and then grind it for a powder with some sesame seeds and salt - excellent sort of GOMASIO!!! surprising!!! to spring on your salad, pasta etc...

anyway, fruit pulp is also excellent in flax crackers, just add salt or soy sauce and spices. We love it! nice flavorful bites!
