fresh, live, raw. loving it.

hey everyone.

i'm new to this raw world, starting off on a trial run of the raw diet for a month.. maybe longer! currently sticking to a 75-80% raw diet, and depending on that transition from the SAD, will potentially increase the raw portion.

quick question: (forgive me if this has been discussed already)

what are your thoughts on tofu? clearly, as a processed/fermented product of edamame, it is not a raw food. i was just wondering if, for those of you who are not 100% raw, you find it to be a good source of protein. or do you prefer to go with raw fish/edamame/nuts etc (based and dependent on your level of veganism)? just opening up a general inquiry about tofu. any thoughts would be appreciated.

thanks!

stay fresh.

  • Instead of processed soy, why not eat raw soy / edamame?
