Newbie question

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I'm a full RawVegan and had a question about protein that's been buggin me. I am a weight-lifter and runner and swimmer and huge into all fitness related things. So naturally I'm very curious about this but, since Human's are meant to eat raw-vegan diets, we don't require as much WHOLE/complete proteins through dietary means as commonly believed right? We synthesize amino acids to form proteins right? We get plenty of AA's from veggies and fruits and grains, nuts, etc. So would it be fine for me to stick with just a pea protein powder or do I need a pea/rice blend to get the whole proteins?

Thanks guys

  • Thank you, thats what I suspected.

And I agree, vegan protein powders are expensive but just a few dollars more than standard whey protein formulas.

    Is creatine vegan?
