MAPLE Syrup POWDER

I know somebody was talking about how to make maple syrup powder or where to buy it, does anybody have the link to that discussion on goneraw.com?

Is maple syrup powder simply maple syrup sugar ground down into a fine powder?

It isn’t raw.

Can make date sugar which is raw by blending dates with water and then dehydrating and then grinding.

What do you want to use it for?

Thanks Zoe, I was looking at a recipe in Raw Food Real World where they toss soaked pumpkin seeds in that, salt and ginger powder…their photo shows a dark brown crust (once dehydrated) on some of the seeds, but I tried it with Maple Syrup Sugar and mine don’t look like what they photographed on their end at all…so I wondered if the powder was different and if I could make it? Good idea on the dates!
