Looking for protein rich and chlorophyll rich recipes...

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for quick raw recipes that can be made ahead of time (like the night before) and are rich in protein and chlorophyll. I know there are some superfood powders for smoothies but they tend to be very expensive. So if you’ve got any ideas, I’d love to hear them!

  • Hi Eden That is a really good question. I’d say make marinated broccoli salad or a breakfast scramble with spinach. I’d like more ideas on this too!

    Sprouts! They’re cheap, easy to grow, fresh, full of protein and chlorophyll.

  • http://www.goneraw.com/recipes/831-Yumlette- Here is a link. There are other ones out there but it’s basically something that resembles scrambled eggs but is raw. If you have a dehydrator, dehydrated leaves of kale are really great!
