Confusion Over Serving Sizes - Website or Recipe Book?

Hello, I'm pretty new here, and I'm preparing to start the 30 day meal plan. Unfortunately, I'm really confused. The recipes are different on the website than in the raw staples recipe book. If I click on the links on the meal planner that is.  I'm unclear whether I've to use the serving size from the website (here) or the measurements in the recipe book.

I also really don't like waste, so I'm needing to get this sorted. The last thing I want is to have so many leftovers that they end up spoiling! If you can offer me any advice, it would be gratefully received :)

    I would go based on the serving sizes on the website just because they more closely align with the meal plan (at least, that's how I understand it).
