Now I must say, I NEVER liked seaweed. actually, i couldn’t stand even the smell. but i tried raw nori veggie sushi (very hesitantly) at a raw pot luck a few days ago, and LOVED it! it doesn’t have that gross strong seaweedy taste, just like a…nice seaweedy taste. anybody have a similar experience?

Yes! I’ve tried seaweed in salad and just haven’t developed a taste for it, but I love making raw nori rolls stuffed with veggies! Though I have to admit, my rolling technique leaves a lot to be desired.
