Seaweed Salad Anyone?

You know the seaweed salad you get at great sushi restaurants? Well, I could eat that by the bucketfull. I’m assuming, however, that it is NOT raw.

Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for raw seaweed salad? I miss it!!

There is a Yuzo Sunumono recipe on the site that has cucumber and wakame. It is just like the salad I used to get at our local sushi restaurant, but not sure if it is what you are looking for.
