It is hard to say because most calorie recomendations are based on cooked food eaters. If you are raw then you will not have a barrier of mucus inbetween your food and your blood. So we assimilate more and our bodies work more efficiently than cooked eaters so I dont believe we should look to these figures as guidance. You see, we are pioneers, they need to re write the books for us raw fooders!
Personally, eating what I want when I want it works for me.
