Christmas/celebration meal -ideas please!

Hi folks… Does anybody have any suggestions for a really special christmas meal? Its just it’s getting to that time of year and my slightly sceptical family will soon be asking me what I’m going to eat on Christmas day while they all have their roast dinner with all the trimmings…. and I kind of want it to be something other than a salad, mainly so I can prove to them that raw doesn’t just mean salad…. I’ve been looking on the site and have got a few ideas but I wondered if anyone else had been in a similar situation and what they’d eaten??
