Sprouting and Raw Grains

Ok, so sprouting…I am having a little trouble. Are sprouted grains i.e. spelt, wheat, etc. suppose to smell sour after you are done sprouting? It makes Rejuvalac smell horrible! Also, what do you do with these after making Rejuvalac? I tried making essene bread once, I love the concept. Veggies and Grains. But, it tastes tangy like it is sour from the grains, no matter how much I rinse! Any sugestions? Should I just get used to it? Any other good bread recipes around? I am definately hoping to try those curry pancakes or the tortillas next, although they are made out of seeds instead of grains. I am trying to make sure my boyfriend doesn’t get ‘freaked out’ by all this ‘funky tasting’ stuff :)
