Sorry, I posted this in the wrong place.I know this is a dumb question but could somebody please tell me what the zest of a lemon is? Thank you

    Make sure you just use the color part. The white is bitter.

    you can buy a little gadget called a zester that makes it pretty easy. I just got one at lunch and paid $5 for it.
