poultry seasoning

I often see the ingredient ‘poultry seasoning’ in US raw recipes, used presumably to make a raw Thanksgiving/Christmas dish remind ex-meat eaters (and non-raw people) of turkey dishes. But, as I don’t like to use mixed dried seasonings (eg if a recipe says ‘Italian seasoning’, I’ll use fresh basil, fennel…), could someone please tell me what herbs and spices are in ‘poultry seasoning’, so I’ll know what fresh ingredients to use instead?

I was just looking for the very same thing yesterday. Here is what I found:

sage, thyme, pepper, margoram, & cloves: click here

parsley, sage, rosemary, marjoram, salt, pepper, onion powder, & ginger: click here

I think I would like this one best… rosemary, sage, thyme, marjoram, celery seed, & pepper: click here
