Losing belly fat in 2 months can be challenging, but it's definitely possible with the right approach. Here are some tips to help you lose belly fat:

Eat a healthy diet: Focus on eating whole, nutrient-dense foods such as vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and foods high in saturated and trans fats.
Create a calorie deficit: In order to lose belly fat, you need to burn more calories than you consume. Aim for a calorie deficit of 500-1000 calories per day to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
Do cardio exercise: Cardiovascular exercise is great for burning calories and reducing belly fat. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio such as brisk walking, jogging, or cycling, 5 days per week.
Strength training: Building muscle can help increase your metabolism and burn more calories even at rest. Incorporate strength training exercises such as weight lifting or bodyweight exercises into your routine 2-3 times per week.
Reduce stress: Stress can lead to weight gain and belly fat accumulation. Try to find ways to manage your stress, such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or yoga.
Get enough sleep: Lack of sleep can disrupt your hormones and lead to weight gain. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per night.

Thanks for your recommendations! I've been on the diet for 3 weeks now. I don't eat sweets, sugar, bread and other junk food. Unfortunately I don't see any results and my belly, which is the main problem and still the same( Now I began to do physical exercises, cardio. Unfortunately stress is a part of my life now and I can't get rid of it.

I tried intermittent fasting 16/8. But now I'm fatigue from the diet, prohibitions and lack of results, so for now I do not stick to the diet(
