Dehydrated green beans?

Does anyone know if you can dehydrate green beans to make something like a “french fry” snack? I’ve seen the bags of peas in a pod that are baked and was wondering if you could do something similar with green beans. I just bought a great bag of thin, French cut beans I’d like to use in a new way. Please let me know! Thanks…

ABQNick~ When I first got my dehydrator and tried dehydrating everything in sight, I did do green beans. They came out great. I dehydrated them until they were really crunchy. They are fun to eat. If I remember correctly, they shrink up a lot. They become green bean “threads.”
