Raw chef classes?

I know that there are Raw food uncooking classes out there, however I have no clue which one to choose, many are very far away from me example Living Light Culinary Institute, I’m only 17 so I dont want to go far from home. Does anyone know a good place to take Raw food uncooking classes in or around Massachusetts, that is reputable.

Hey Jessica; my advice would be to go to http://www.meetup.com and see if there is a raw food group in your area. It’s important to surround yourself with fellow raw foodies and perhaps someone there can a) recommend a school, b) recommend a class, or b) teach you themselves. Good luck!
