Quinoa and Buckwheat

Are quinoa and buckwheat seeds or are they grains?

I have heard that quinoa is actually a seed although I am not 100% on buckwheat.

It is true buckwheat is a seed and really good source of protein. It absorbs easily and regulates digestion functions. I grow up on buckwheat, especially when get sick
