Olive oil, but it’s not an essential fat from a food source. Omega 9 is made by the body.

hemp seeds and hemp seed oil has all the omegas in a good balance. Not sure if you are allowed hemp products in the usa though.
    Also these other sources:
    Olives
    Avocados
    Almonds
    Peanuts
    Sesame oil
    Pecans
    Pistachio nuts
    Cashews
    Hazelnuts
    Macadamia nuts
Rape seed oil and mustard seed oil.

I second the vote for hemp seeds. They rock! According to www.NaturalZing.com...
Benefits: Perfect ratio of Omega 3 & 6 Essential Fatty Acids including 2-4% GLA Antioxidants: Chlorophyll & vitamin E *Gluten and enzyme inhibitor FREE

Hemp has protein that is the building block of all tissues, including hormones, but it doesn’t contain the phytoestrogens that soy does.

You do “not” have to soak hemp seeds. Just munch away “as is.” Enjoy!
