Raw cheese popcorn?

Any recipes that taste like cheese popcorn? I have such a craving for this lately!

chop up a bunch of cauliflower into popcorn sized pieces, and put in a tablespoon of olive oil and a teaspooon or so of nutritional yeast.
DELICIOUS!!!
btw make sure you wash your cauliflower well!

Maybe you could dehydrate it a bit for some crunch. Who doesnt like crunchy popcorn?
