Try juicing and if you are fasting, it is recommended to strain the juice. This will provide a variety of nutrients if you vary what you juice so that you don’t run into deficiencies eating only 1 meal per day. You may want to add in some flax oil into a breakfast &/or lunch juice to ensure proper levels of essential fats if your dinner is low fat. I drink alot more vegggie juice and use the fruit sparingly. Eating a lot of fruit or their juices makes me hungrier! Hope this helps.
