Hello all, My name is Monica and I stumbled on this site after learning about raw eating from a friend on a natural parenting forum :) . I have been restricting my meat intake to about one serving of meat every other week or so, I havent had diary in 2 months and am incorporating raw as much as my budget will alow. I want to be 98% raw by next December (98% because I dont consider spices raw) with all the recipes I’ve found on here I’m sure it wont be a problem. I havent been preparing any recipes latly since eating more raw usualy just eat A LOT! of fruits veggies and nuts mmmmm! wish me luck
