I was thinking the same thing after I juiced a bag of cranberries. I didn’t taste the pulp It looked like it would be tasty but perhaps a bit on the tart side. I have yet to find any recipes for cranberry pulp… but it’s always fun to experiment! You could add it to some banana ‘ice cream’ with some chopped up raw pistachios. Or come up with a bread with it in it. or a cake? I dunno.. I have some cranberries in the fridge, when I get some time (hopefully before they go bad) I’ll tinker around and try see what I can come up with.
