Never heard of it. I imagine it’s like coconut powder. Which you could probably buy your own coconut or dry your own coconut and put it through a grinder or food processor to make it into a powder. What recipes would you need this flour for?
I would probably use them for raw carob-coconut macaroons… but coconut flakes work well.
