You soak and then sprout them. I have only done this with chickpeas to make hummus, but I had trouble digesting them. Gabriel Cousins recommends that only garbonzos be eaten in the sprouted form. Given that I couldn’t even digest those, I don’t think I will even try any other bean. Hopefully other people will post their experiences because I am certainly curious too.
I think you have to go beyond soaking into sproating or else you wont want to leave the house…IYCMD
