Chron's Disease

Does anyone have any links to good information on Chron’s. Anyone have experiences with Chron’s. What types of foods would help and/or should be avoided, etc.?

My Noni died from Chron’s Disease in 1995. I remember that pepper was terrible for her. I wish I knew then what I know now about raw foods so I could have helped her with her health problems. ... sigh…
