to nursing mamas

Hello everyone
I’ve only recently begun to go raw, I am nursing my boy who is almost eight months and have no plans to stop. Before going raw I was always hungry and would eat so much at each meal with tons of snacks, now I’m eating a heck of a lot more greens after reading Green for Life. I am finding now that I’m less hungry in general, which feels fine, I’m just a bit weary because I have a tendency to loose weight easily and also when I was put on a multivitamin during pregnancy I lost my appetite. does this sound nomal to be less hungry? and do you mamas suggest anything specific to include in daily meals.

  • My advice to you is listen to your body. You’re probably less hungry because you’re getting all the nutrients you and your little boy need from what you’re eating (even if it seems like it’s not a lot). As long as your baby is thriving you’ll be okay. I eat less since I’ve gone raw than I did when I ate cooked food.
