I just started my first batch of crackers in the dehydrator and forgot to oil the parchment paper they are on! Will the paper burn or soak into the wet cracker batter? Should I stop it and scrap the batter off or are they okay? I just started them a few minutes ago at 105 on the Exaliber dehydrator. (I’ve never used a dehydrator in my life)

No, the paper will be fine. I never oil mine. And since you are using a low temp it will be ok.
