get tested for an ulcer
What was in it? Was it acidic (like orange, grapefruit, tomato…)? Are there greens in the juice?
I don’t know the answer… but a friend did green smoothies for 2-3 months and had stomach problems… so, I am curious what it could be.
I have included green juice (parsley, celery, green onion) with my breakfast of 1/2 cantaloupe and mango for more than a year.
I have not had stomach problems.
I consume 1/3 a pineapple with some of my lunches (because it’s good for me even when I don’t want to).
I guess the problem is your juicing acidic juice on an empty stomach. I’d be nicer to my stomach.
