Are all types of potatoes raw and what are a good way to prepare them? I do not have a dehydrator. Is there a way to dehydrate without one?

    I have dehyrated them, and IMHO you’re not missing much, at least as white potatoes go.(It was AWFUL!)

    Since that experience I have left potatoes out of my diet altogether.

    Maybe someone else has better luck with them?
