I don’t really have a recipe but I made some nice oat “cakes”, using raw oats that were sprouted. Basically I just took them and ran them through my mini-processor, with a tablespoon of dried currants and a teaspoon of olive oil(and a bit of water to make them easier to handle). Then I formed them into flat, thin patties and dehyrated them to the desired feel. You can add a couple of dates or a fig for sweetness, a pinch of salt, or blend in some walnuts. Just add enough moisture so you can form it. Oh, if you find or come up with a recipe, I’d love to see it.
