Shredded Coconut Question

Hello All! Could you please tell me how long shredded coconut lasts for in the refrigerator?

    Is it freshly shredded? I mean did you shred it or buy it? Cuz the store bought ones (really dry) seem to last forever, whereas I’ve noticed fresh coconut only seems to stay fresh about 5 days.

    I doubt it – they’re way too dry and crispy.

    you could always shred your own and dehydrate it yourself at a low temp :)
