I need chips bad

I tried a chip recipe once with fresh corn and onion and it tasted horribly bitter but the texture was great. I am getting to the point where I just really want a chip I love, you know? Any ideas for recipes?

One time I made the spicy tortilla recipe and left it in the dehydrator too long so I ended up making “nacho chips” instead by cutting them into triangles and dipping them in the rich cheddar sauce. They tasted just like nacho chips!

You could try sweetpotato chips… I think there are a few recipes on the site.

MOTH, did you blend the onion with the other ingriedients? over working onion makes it nasty bitter! I always make flax crackers and munch them like chips! You have to season them a bit more so they are good plain.
