Does anyone do Ashtanga yoga?

Well, it’s not about eating raw, but I do a combo of Ashtanga/Iengar yoga, and was curious if there were any other raw yogis out there!

I do! I’m actually in the middle of my teacher training and its awesome! I love yoga.. I do a mix of Ashtanga/Iyengar/Vini-yoga/hatha.. I think that they (yoga and raw food) compliment one another so well, so I would say your right on top of it!

I took a year of teacher traing, and learned that I am not a teacher. I just love to do yoga. Who is your teacher?!

I am totally in yoga. My loving boyfriend just built a yoga studio in our house – because I’m spoiled. I study Ashtanga and Kundalini.
