When I went onto the Braggs site, it said that threir All Pupose Seasoning was unheated. (The soy sauce) I ahve heard other raw foodists claim that it isn’t raw.
I have used nama soyu before, but I like the taste of Braggs better.

What gives with this stuff, is it raw or isn’t it?

it is super processed and is not even close to being raw. Some people say that its chemical composition is like that of MSG found in many Asian foods. Steer clear!
