Carol Alt Lemon Cream Pie

Hi

I’m just wondering if by any chance there is anyone on-line about now who’s made Carol Alt’s ‘Easy as Pie’ Cool Lemon Cream Pie.

She mentions cashews in the method but doesn’t list them in the ingredients, so I don’t know how many!

Does anyone know, or how have a later edition of this book?

Would be very grateful for an answer as was going to make it this evening.

    no- but i made her apple pie with whipped macadamia creme and it was awsome. a big hit with the coworkers too. i have her Raw 50 book at home, i’ll take a look at it later and see if mine’s different.
